Dear Husband

I'm really glad you seem to be feeling a lot better. I think it's the fact that you know that you'll be out of there and finally settled soon. I've been seeing posts from the boys that are still here and it's been bumming me out. That means someone else will have to go through this the way we all have. Have you heard anything about your room situation and if it's going to have internet?

I just got home from my 5mile run/walk. My left hip is slightly bugging me when i walk but it doesn't affect my running at all. Actually, if i walk in a slight sitting position then it feels so much better. Tomorrow i have a 2 mile run without stopping. WISH ME LUCK! Sometime before/after that i'm going to try that cycle class too.

Winson gets in tonight and Ava wants to go out but i'm not caught up with my work and I want to be well rested for tomorrow. I actually cannot believe that he's here. Oh! Ricky comes in a few days too. He called me earlier and said we'll all go golfing. I can't wait! I also went to Roger Dunn to do another club fitting before the 90 satisfaction ended. They said the clubs fit really well. I tried a few different clubs and ultimately mine were the best. I even hit at 217yards. We'll see though. Towards the end i was getting sloppy cause i got tired and started lifting my head. It was funny because when the guy called me out on it, I responded and said, "you sound like my husband". hehe.

I want you to know that I miss you a lot more today too. I was just thinking this morning that I feel like I miss you so much and was a little jealous that you're holding up so well alone. I noticed I spend less time moping around at the fact that I'm alone but I still think and talk about you like you're still here. I think it's because i still have your stuff laying around. Your shoes are still at the door and your post-it notes for the video games haven't been thrown away. As for your CD request, I'll try to work on it- what i mean is, i'll try to find or buy a blank one somewhere :) I love you.. i hope you have a warmer day

Miss you

I miss you more today than I have since I left. Not sure why, I think it has to do with a song that was playing in one if the tents. I'm not sure of the name but it is on your list and says "fuck you" in it. I wouldn't mind getting your playlist on CD so I can listen to it. The cold and speed of the days here makes time go by fast, but I am starting to get used to it. I don't need to be away from you to be reminded how amazing you are an how much I truly love you, that is just the one bonus of being away. Hope your day goes well, back into the tundra.

Dear husband

Today was good. Well, I think I feel really good right now because I ran my 1mile nonstop like the plan said to do. :) I felt a little bad because I went to shadow boxing this morning and Erin, the instructor couldn't make it so I ended up taking a core class. It just didn't seem good enough to be my substituted for my 1mile run...

After the core class I went to a casting for an HP ad but what I didn't know is that they wanted experts! It was still fun and even though I didn't have any gear, one of the girls let me use hers! I did however get to ask Chris (from 24hr fitness) if I could borrow his and he sent me a picture of what he had. That was really nice of him.

I was supposed to go to Heidi's work event today but instead I had to cancel to help the twins fog up the place before mom gets back. Apparently they have a bug infestation from the cabinets (the grains) and something like bedbugs. I don't know.. I just bought whatever and fogged the place up! The kids are sleeping over and Heidi is coming over to drink some wine.

Anyway.. While I write all this I'm walking back from my jog. :) I feel great! Oh, and the shoes, both of them feel really good!!

Dear Husband

The day went by really quickly! I can't believe its almost midnight and I've done nothing much but clean, have some sister-neice time, and clean some more. My plan was to actually sit in on that cost accounting class but as I got ready for the late class I realized that today is a holiday and so there's no session today! DOH! Anyway, I did some re-planting since i took out all the cilantro and green onions. I think I may stop planting those from now on and will just buy them. I want to plant things that will grow and can be picked without having to plant again. Those darn tomatoes didn't grow... I didn't read the instructions thoroughly... i guess I was supposed to germinate and plant when they had at least two leaves. oh well.. I may need to buy some more. My chili peppers, kale, and mint look amazing and I can't wait to try the kale. I actually tried the mint and chili today and it was so worth the growing pains of waiting. I made summer rolls and spicy garlic sauce!

I'm hoping to be able to catch you online tonight since I haven't heard from you yet. Skype is so tricky because it tends to say you're online and the next minute it says you're off. Regardless, I know you're busy so chime in on my ipad or the laptop if you want. I may be asleep but i don't mind if you wake me :)

oh yeah, Foxi just had a trim (you know what) because she had a little dingleberry this morning which she decided to drag across the living room. haha! be glad you didn't clean that up :p

Missing you

It must be extremely busy today as I haven't seen or heard from you yet. I wanted to at least say I love you and I have the iPad near me in case you want to call. I'm about ready to call it a night and probably will not be able to make the Sony open since I have a lot of work to catch up on. Don't forget how much I miss and love you.

Hope you had a good day. I looked for you after I got home last night (Ava said you called) and didn't see you on. I didn't stay out long since I had to be up early for a hike today. Matt and I were supposed to be joining a bunch of his co-workers who ended up being really behind on time. We decided to just head out first since the closest person was stuck in traffic and didn't really know how far away they were to the trail. It was a really nice hike (see pics).. Although i rigorously tackled the millions of stairs. On our way down we ended up seeing bits and pieces of Matt's co-workers coming up. We grabbed some lunch at Bogarts and coffee mug Matt got was probably one of the most awesome super man mugs ever! (I took a pic for you in the et cetera blog). Anyway, it's about 5pm right now and although I've seen your light on in Skype I havent been able to catch you yet. I'm going to hop in the shower, catch up on some work and will look for you online. I love you!

So prick-tay

I painted my nails last night and they look do pretty that I decided I need to take the color off. Every time I look at my hands they look like a Sally Hansen ad. I think I'm better off with the natural look.

Lunch at Jin Din Rou

Remember that place I wanted to go to? It was on king street and looked really pretty... Well, Ava and I tried it today. I got their lunch combo which came with the tan tan ramen and the soup dumplings. It was AMAZING!!! It was close to being as good as the restaurant that I like in California! Wish we got to eat there together. I think you would've enjoyed it. Especially the part where you pop the dumpling in your spoon for the broth!

Of course.. My luck

A ticket for seat belt. I took it off to parallel park!! He saw me too! He said I was still operating. Well duh, how else do I park?! Pig!!

what's that smell?

I forgot to mention to you that I had a weird obsession with perfume today at the store. I sprayed my coach one on that we both love and I also sprayed a new one of coach (poppy). I didn't like the Poppy at first but the rest of the day I couldn't help but smell myself and think you would love it too. It's more sweet and is really pleasant just like the other one. I may just get it one day.

Anyway, i'm writing to you right now because I was cleaning up again and came across your cologne while dusting. The tip of the cologne didn't smell anymore so i decided to just to a quick spray on my shirt and at first I missed you so much but i'm almost at the point now that I have a headache. I guess I may have squirted too close to my nose.. Foxi seems to love it though. She's all up on me!

Late lunch alone

Running errands to get your stuff and cleaning products right now and I stopped to grab a gyro. It's lonely eating by myself but the good thing is... You're not rushing me to swallow my food whole! :p
