Dear Husband

I have a few mins before my class starts. My legs are really tired today. All the lunges and squats yesterday and the shadow boxing this morning... Its actually quite tiresome. It's been a few hours since I left the gym and I'm feeling the muscle fatigue. What makes it worse is that I mistook the miles today... I was supposed to run 2, not 3! No wonder at 2 miles I was on my last limb of energy!

Class is starting now. I just wanted to say I love you and hopefully I'll talk to you later :)
